I stayed here for a family reunion and enjoyed the heated pool, which was perfect for cool evenings. The stunning sunset views from my balcony were a highlight, especially when dolphins were spotted in the bay. Overall, I felt welcomed and appreciated the cozy kitchen setup for snacks.

We had an enjoyable stay at this beautiful resort, especially the pool area which was a hit with the kids. The lush, tropical setting made it feel like a true getaway, and we loved the close proximity to Sanibel and Captiva Islands for some beach fun. The staff around the pool were very attentive and provided great service.

My children wanted to enjoy the main pool but it was disappointing that it was closed for repairs. It would be great if they could ensure such things are communicated well ahead of time for families planning their trips.

The Marriott provided exceptional service during my stay as a business traveller. The conference facilities were well-equipped, allowing for seamless presentations. The staff were diligent and proactive, assisting with logistics and necessary technology. My room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful waterfront view that offered a relaxing atmosphere after a long workday. The dining options were varied and of high quality, particularly the meals at Tarpon House.

The parking situation was a bit congested during peak hours.

During our stay, we enjoyed a lovely sunset dinner at Charley's Cabana Bar, which was just a few steps away, and took a beautiful morning stroll to Lighthouse Beach Park, only about 4 km from the resort, allowing us to soak in the stunning views and local charm.

The resort has beautiful grounds and attentive staff, making for an enjoyable stay. However, the Captiva Tower felt disconnected and lacked atmosphere. Additionally, maintenance issues with the room were a letdown for our overall experience. Nonetheless, the views were spectacular and the dining options were commendable.

My room had a stunning sunset view, but the elevators were frustratingly slow.

I had a pleasant experience with the staff, especially a young manager who asked about my stay. The service at the restaurant was notable too, as my server was attentive. There were beautiful views around the area. I enjoyed a nice walk around the grounds and appreciated the boat launch.

Finding a pool chair was difficult due to many guests. The wind at dinner made it hard to enjoy the outdoor seating as planned.

Biking around and taking in the beautiful views was a highlight. The yoga classes were a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring, making it our favorite part!
